Wednesday Weigh In, On Friday!

We have had a horrible week.  I won’t get in to it; but I can tell you, I had chocolate.  Yeap.  it was good too.

I have been so emotionally and physically drained I didn’t even journal my foods/points.  I continued with the water and unsweet tea; didn’t gorge, but can’t say I did my best to eat healthy, so I was completely surprised to lose 4 1/2 pounds!  I am down 20 1/2 pounds and so thankful.  Time to drop another point.

I’m thankful.

  1. I just stumbled across your blog and after reading about your struggle to lose the weight I had to follow you! I have about 50-60 lbs to lose and I cannot afford to do weight watchers unfortunately but maybe your blog will help me a little just by watching what you are doing to lose your weight! You should be VERY proud of the 20 1/2 lbs! That is a big feat for anyone! Why is it that gaining weight is so much easier then losing? I guess bc it takes SOOO much disipline! Anyhoo… it is nice to meet you! Hope you have an incredibly blessed holiday weekend! My bday is tomorrow! 🙂 I shall try not to gorge on cake! LOL~Robin
