Oh Me Oh My!

Well, Sunday was a nightmare for eating.  I ate all day long.

I haven’t even written down yet to try seeing how bad I did.  Sunday’s are usually left overs and/or sandwiches; lets just say I am sure I blew it; so here goes….

2 cups coffee with 2 International Delight French Vanilla

BREAKFAST:

1 Cup Fiber One Raisin Clusters
     3 points

1 cup fat free milk
     2 points

LUNCH:

5 oz Roasted Chicken Breast
     5 points

1/2 cup Green Beans
     FREE

1/4 cups potatoes
     2 points

DINNER:

1 cup Fiber One Raisin Cluster Cereal
     3 points

1 cup fat free milk
     2 points

SNACKS:

1 Lite & Fit Yogurt
     1 point

1 Fiber One Granola Bar with Chocolate
     2 points

Animal Crackers
     5 points

I don’t even know how much water I drank!

I am having such a hard time making the right choices.  I am dreading my weigh in Wednesday, absolutely dreading it.
